Once we begin the detailed trip planning process, we will compile the specific accommodation options with room categories, and build out a complete itinerary with as many options for experiences, activities, and cultural / gastronomic visits as you wish. This detailed itinerary and all logistics are totally custom, and specific to your request and needs. You build the trip you want, and decide how much service, experience, activity, and engagement.

 

After you’ve decided on accommodations and experiences, we will put the entire package into a final proposal for your review and approval. At this point, we will invoice for a deposit or the full package price, depending on timeframe.

Epic Europe is a luxury experiential adventure travel operator based in the Swiss Alps.

From Switzerland, Italy, and France's Alps, to world-class cultural cities and larger towns, Epic Europe can design a tailored adventure that fulfills your every need.
