On Monday night, our friend Nick Paumgarten won the prestigious James Beard Award for best food and travel journalism, for the story we produced in Zermatt for Bon Appétit's February 2013 issue. It's an honor to work with such talented people (Andrew Rowat Photography), not to mention to introduce the world to some of our favorite restaurateurs.
